ELISE TraceLog

ELISE TraceLog is a Windows service that creates one or more transaction log files for one or more ELISE installations, writing a single line with basic information for each transaction, and keeping overall statistics in a separate summary file. The log files and summary files use a comma separated format and are rotated either daily or weekly. Both the log files and the summary file can be easily imported into any (spreadsheet) application for further analysis.

Using a simple but flexible plugin system, a Trace Logger can write additional information to the log file for each transactions. Plugins can be written in either C# or VB.NET.

ELISE TraceLog comes with an GUI manager application to easily administer the service. It allows you:

• install and uninstall, start and stop the service
• configure multiple Trace Loggers, with different log files, summary files, and (optionally) different ELISE installations
• specify which transactions each Trace Logger should include or ignore using a refined filter system
• specify which plugins should be used for each Trace Logger

ELISE ValueCountingApplication (EVA)

EVA allows you to quickly view the number of values in your data population. Since it does not select all the deals like ARDA does, but uses the new Elise Valuecounting functionality, it can give you up-to-date information with the click of a button. It does not give extensive statistical information like ARDA does however.

ARDA

The Advanced Rational Data Analyzer (ARDA) is a data analysis tool for ELISE. It shows you statistics from deal types down to values. It is a tool with many uses, but the main use is to give you statistics on the "health" of your data population. When, for example, you have an HR system based on ELISE with heavy weights on a property like traveldistance, matches will be poor when no postal codes are present in the deals.

ELISE Data Replicator

The ELISE Data Replicator is a generic conversion/replication tool, which is capable of converting data stored in various data sources into ELISE data format, incrementally replicate data from most common RDBMS systems into ELISE or dynamically synchronizes RDBMS with ELISE database.

ELISE TraceGUI

ELISE TraceGUI is a visual utility to quickly monitor transactions in a running ELISE installation using the tracing mechanism.

ELISE WebAppFramework

The ELISE WebAppFramework is a framework for developing ELISE based ASP.NET web applications.

ELISE WebUI

Though greatly simplified with the introduction of the EliseObjectModel, the development of web applications using ELISE was found to be somewhat repetitious. Considerable amounts of code were required to create input pages (to create deals/customers) and to show the result of matching operations. The Elise WebUI was created to improve productivity while maintaining a high level of flexibility. All components within the Elise WebUI are highly configurable and, if needs be, extensible. The Elise WebUI provides methods enabling you to create a web page by dragging and dropping Controls onto it. Input Controls can easliy be bound to items in the ELISE DataDictionary, such as value lists or deal properties. The Elise WebUI Formatters can be used to display deals, match operation results, etc. Furthermore, the Elise WebUI also provides a more intuitive way of connecting to ELISE via the EliseObjectModel.
