VANCOUVER, BC, September 14, 2006 - Resume Mirror, providers of leading-edge recruiting solutions and technology components, today announced that its product, Enterprise Applicant Manager (EAM), has been chosen by CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. to enhance the functionality of their PeopleSoft 8.9 Talent Acquisition Manager deployment. EAM delivers comprehensive applicant data management functions to automatically process, manage and respond to on-line registration and applicant submissions through the PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Candidate Gateway. The solution includes Resume Mirror's plug-in for Microsoft® Outlook® and Microsoft Word® which allows resumes received via email or opened in Word, to be processed through EAM and automatically entered into the Talent Acquisition Manager candidate database, ensuring applicant submissions are captured in the database and not stored on recruiters' hard drives. EAM significantly reduces recruiter workloads, simplifies the on-line submission of resumes, handles hardcopy resume processing, reduces applicant drop off rates and shortens time to hire.
